The artisanal eco-friendly shoe brand Cydwoq was born in 1996 in Burbank, California, it's pronounced “Sidewalk”. It is sought after for its astonishingly supple shoes with high-end vegetable-tanned leathers and water-based glue only, a process that makes each pair durable, respectful of the skin and very flexible to fit perfectly the shape of each foot. The vintage style of Cydwoq is quite unique in its kind, we feel a pure authenticity in the search for well-being of walking with a signature aesthetic, the leather soles are molded by hand to accompany the natural mechanics of the foot with a barefoot comfort, very beneficial for posture and back health. The foot remains in contact with the ground freely with just the right support necessary for down-to-earth comfort. This family business has managed to maintain 100% artisanal production, each pair is made by hand in their own factory and it is the founder, Rafi Balouzian who designs his collections of avant-garde shoes, shaped in an almost architectural way with voluptuous curves. The Lofina brand was born in 1996 in Denmark, this family business created by a couple of enthusiasts that design their own sustainable shoes whose primary values are comfort and respect for noble and ethical materials. Each Lofina shoe is handmade by a family of experienced craftsmen, in an Italian factory in La Marche. One of the signature characteristics of the Danish brand is its unique leatherwork and its extreme flexibility. The leather is polished like a work of art with a luxurious fine grain that provides its unique matte appearance. All the leathers used are from the food industry, fully recycled and the soles are made of ecological rubber.
