3. Tick the box for the pair you wish to return, indicate the reason for the return, then click on the "request a return" button.
Your return request will be processed within 24 business hours. You will then receive an email from our team with the next steps to follow. Please wait for your return request to be approved before sending your parcel back.
Below, you will find the different return options available, as well as the return conditions to be respected.
You have a legal period of 14 days from the delivery of your order, or from its availability at a pickup point, to request a return, for an exchange or a refund, including on sale items.
RETURN COSTS
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A prepaid, ready-to-print return label is available for certain countries. If you use our prepaid return label, the amount charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of several items being returned from the same order, a fee of €5 per additional returned item will be added to the return label cost.

Return label from Australia €60 - 75€ depending on the size of the package
Return USA & Australia | €60 to €75 depending on parcel size

Once your return request has been processed by our team, you will receive an email within 24 business hours with the instructions and the ready-to-print return label.

The shipping costs are then paid directly to the carrier of your choice.
Important info! RETURNING A PARCEL FROM ABROAD TO FRANCE
To avoid unjustified customs fees, always indicate that the parcel is a “RETURNED GOODS” shipment and tick the corresponding box when sending it. Never indicate any commercial value on the parcel.
RETURN ITEMS : CONDITION AND PACKAGING
Please make sure to return the items in their original condition: new, unworn, unused, and with all elements present in the box. Shoes must only be tried on a clean surface or on a carpet, in order to avoid damaging the soles. The shoe box is an integral part of the product. It must not be damaged, taped, or used directly as a shipping parcel. The returned items must be placed inside the PICK A SHOE cardboard shipping box used for delivery, or in protective packaging that properly preserves the shoe box.
If the items or the box are not returned complete and in perfect condition, we will be obliged to refuse the return. The parcel may then be sent back to you at your expense after notification by email. In the event of damage, deterioration fees equal to 15% of the price of the item may be deducted from the refund, with your agreement, if you do not wish to recover the damaged returned items.
RETURN PERIOD EXCEEDED
If the return is made after the legal 14-day period following delivery of the order, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Any return sent to another address or without a prior return request may result in an additional processing delay.
REFUND TIMEFRAME
Once the parcel has been received by our team, we will proceed with the exchange or refund of the item if all return conditions are respected. The refund of the item will be processed within 6 business days after receipt of the returned parcel. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
EXCHANGE
For an exchange, the easiest option is to place a new order for the desired pair: this allows us to ship it quickly. At the same time, you send back the pair you do not wish to keep.
If you prefer a standard exchange, please contact us, when possible, Cindy will be able to set the pair aside while waiting to receive your return parcel.
Return costs remain the customer’s responsibility according to the country from which the parcel is returned.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD TO FRANCE
To avoid unjustified customs fees, always indicate that the parcel is a “RETURNED GOODS” shipment and tick the corresponding box when sending it. Never indicate any commercial value on the parcel. This mention allows French customs to identify the parcel as a return, and not as a foreign import. emember to mention on the package that it is "MERCHANDISE RETURNED" so that the French customs do not consider your package as a foreign import, which generates customs fees which should not apply for a return. Always check the "Return of goods" box when you ship it.
