COLISSIMO | If you are absent during the delivery, a note will be left allowing you to choose a new delivery date or to pick up your package at your nearest post office, collect it within 10 working days.

DHL |DHL will automatically show up to your door a second time the next business day. In case of absence during the second visit, you can collect your package from a DHL sorting center. Follow the instructions on the DHL note left in your mailbox.
