Carefully packed with eco friendly materials, your shoes are meticulously verified by our team. Orders placed before 12:00 (Paris time) are shipped the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and factory pre-orders).

Parcels are delivered against signature to the address of your choice or to a pick-up point (depending on the options available in your country) and you will receive the tracking number of your package by email.

Important Information about delivery

• Shipping rates apply per order, with no limit on the number of items.
• No VAT refund applies.
• Any applicable import taxes, customs duties or local charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.

Shipping Times

Orders for in-stock items placed before 12:00 PM are typically prepared and dispatched the same day, (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays),  subject to payment confirmation and any necessary verifications. A shipping confirmation email will be sent.

If the item is not in stock in our warehouse, the estimated shipping time is indicated on the product page (ranging from 7 days to 5 weeks in case of factory pre-orders). You can track your order status anytime from your customer account on PICK-A-SHOE.com.

Please note: the shipping time refers to the handover of your parcel to the carrier. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and destination country.

You’re not at home when the carrier comes by ? It’s ok !

NATIONAL CARRIER | If you’re not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left allowing you to choose a new delivery date or collect your parcel from your nearest post office. Please make sure to collect it within 10 business days.

DHL EXPRESS | If you’re not home, DHL will automatically attempt a second delivery on the next business day. If you are still unavailable, you will be able to collect your parcel from the nearest DHL facility. Simply follow the instructions on the delivery notice left in your mailbox.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns possible within 14 days for exchange or refund of the item(s) — including on discounted items. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, prepaid return label available for eligible countries.
