PICK A SHOE's Christmas Draw. 1 order, 1 chance to win the pair you ordered

1: Terms 

PICK A SHOE is organizing a draw for its Christmas 2023 offer. Any order placed and validated between December 1 and 24, 2023 on the pick-a-shoe.com website allows you to participate in the draw to try to win the item ordered on the site, via a refund of the item. The draw will take place on January 19, 2024, the winner will be contacted by email and will receive their refund within 48 hours. 

2: Conditions and period of participation

The draw is open to any customer registered on the site, for all online orders validated between Friday December 1, 2023 at midnight to Sunday December 24, 2023 at midnight.

In the case of an order with several items, the most expensive item in the order will be the one designated for reimbursement. 

Game with obligation to purchase, each customer account can participate without limit, each order number validated during the period of validity of the offer will be eligible for the draw. 

The reimbursement will only include the amount of the item mentioned on the order; delivery costs as well as any customs costs paid by the participant when ordering are excluded from the reimbursement. 

3: Designation of the winner

The winner will be chosen by drawing lots, carried out by regulated software which will determine the winning order number. The winner will be contacted by email at the email address provided when ordering. The name of the winner will not be announced publicly unless they agree to provide their information. 

4: Reimbursement deadline

The draw will take place on January 19, 2024 and will be carried out on the basis of the list of order numbers validated during the duration of the offer. The winner will be announced the same day and reimbursement will be made within 48 hours after the draw to the payment method used when ordering. 

5: Exclusions and limitations

In the event of an unvalidated order (invalid payment, bank refusal, etc.), the order will be automatically canceled and will therefore not be part of the draw. Only orders validated, delivered and not returned for reimbursement will be able to participate in the draw which will take place on January 19, 2024. 

In the event of returning an order for a refund, participation in the draw is canceled for this returned order number. 

In the event of a return for an exchange, the participating order number remains unchanged and will be eligible for the draw. 

PICK A SHOE employees and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the drawing. 

6: Responsibilities

PICK A SHOE reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the draw in the event of force majeure. PICK A SHOE cannot be held liable in the event of a technical malfunction or problem linked to force majeure. 

7: Personal data Personal data collected as part of the draw will be processed in accordance with PICK A SHOE's privacy policy. No data will be used or transmitted to third parties following this competition. 

8: Disputes and competent jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the applicable law is French law. Any dispute relating to the competition which cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts designated in France.
